# California Consumer Privacy Act

If you are a resident of the State of California, California Civil Code Section 1798.120 may permit you to “opt out” of the “sale” of your “personal information” to “third parties” as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act. Our [Privacy Policy](/hummingbird/general/privacy-policy.md) describes the limited circumstances in which we may share your information with third parties outside The Hummingbird Group, Inc. Our [Privacy Policy](/hummingbird/general/privacy-policy.md) also provides you with certain controls and choices regarding our collection, use, and sharing of your information.

Among other rights provided for in our [Privacy Policy](/hummingbird/general/privacy-policy.md), you may:

* Choose to control targeted advertising from many ad networks and partners; data exchanges; and marketing analytics and digital advertising and marketing service providers by visiting the [Digital Advertising Alliance](https://optout.aboutads.info/?c=2\&lang=EN).
* Make requests to access categories and specific pieces of personal information about you, as well as to request to delete personal information about you. To make such a request, please visit [experience.coded.market/ccpa](https://experience.coded.market/ccpa).
* Request information regarding the disclosure of your personal information by The Hummingbird Group, Inc. to third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes.
